This is nothing compared to the overall income inequality problem in America. 98% of Americans are literally and figuratively financial slaves of the 2%. What happened to OUR progressive income tax system? Tweet your opinion #my2k

How to decrease your potential with hard work and low pay. Vote Republican.
Opportunities to create a small business are abundant but require a lot of hard work and money.
First thing is you need something of value to sell … a service or merchandise. Many routine services involve unique skills and often some form of vocational training. Professional services require higher education.
Many Americans have neither. They cannot afford to be successful and are often impeded by social and personal problems inherited from birth. All to often a persons race and family net worth play a role early in life.
Those who suffer the most are looked down upon as generational welfare recipients, criminals, drug addicts and illiterates.
This is in large part permitted because in our capitalistic society having unskilled labor available to fill cracks has over decades taken precedence over education and social ladder building lest it get to crowded at the top.
Overpopulation has many consequences unspoken about – that exceed the issues of food, housing and clothing. Thus we have poor racial minorities including poor disadvantaged whites.
This is something capitalism says nothing about in the TV commercials. Therefore a very large segment of American workers are forced labor. Those corporations in control of the jobs faucet have all the money.
Average workers are like water in a well – when capitalism wants more workers they merely dip into the labor market, often with the leverage to extract longer hours for less pay.
The level of sophistication with which large businesses have manipulated workers has reached epic proportions, often pitting worker against worker for monetary rewards. Unions are no longer the barrier they once were to the raw power of wealthy capitalists.
There is a dearth of adequate public school education available to all these disadvantaged classes of americans. This is not by accident I’m sorry to say. America’s corpocracy always has a surplus of skilled workers- mostly white males from Ivy League Universities. The corpocracy can also manipulate talented and ambitious minorities and women to leverage compensation. Finally capitalists import skilled workers from the global labor market where ambition is high as well as school grades.
The capitalist system has huge cracks thru which large segments of America’s citizens fall. That is not by chance but a result of calculated neglect. To cap it off capitalism has no exit strategy for humanity. It is only the few at the top of the pyramid who will survive the damage being done to nature in the name of profit.
I call it corporate “social” attrition akin to normal corporate attrition where rather than fire someone they are just phased out over time and not replaced.
In our society that has happened to tens of millions of uneducated individuals who are disadvantaged in various ways and for numerous reasons. Republicans have been doing this to the majority of Americans for decades. Most republicans are also victims however, and deservedly so when motivated by bigotry and greed and religious intolerance.
The conventional wisdom says that these disadvantaged Americans are lazy, or don’t belong here, or are criminals.
They have been created by those who attack and punish them. Many white males have become victims of this system of calculated neglect. Money is now what differentiates each of us and good fortune is often not earned but inherited.
All the while those with the money are in control and blaming the disadvantaged for the problems of a decaying American society.
At the same time with over $21 trillion salted away across the planet – the wealthy can go anywhere and do anything. America has become disposable to many in power today including politicians.
Money can determine where you live and the wealthy are no longer obligated to their nationality. Billionaires are only patriots of their customer base and money which is now global.
